It's a medium-heavy 8.0 oz/yd² 50/50 cotton-polyester blend with a brushed fleece interior, a double-lined hood and a kangaroo pocket — warm enough for winter without feeling bulky.
When will my order arrive?
Hoodies are printed to order and typically dispatched within 2–5 business days. UK delivery usually lands within 3–7 business days, with worldwide tracked shipping available at checkout.
Can I return it if the size is wrong?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, including for the wrong size or a change of mind, as long as it is unworn and unwashed. Return postage is paid by you unless it arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect — in which case we cover it and send a free replacement or full refund. Email support@norvaneapparel.com to start a return.
Where is it made, and will I pay customs charges?
Most orders are printed and shipped inside your own region — UK orders in the UK, EU orders within the EU, US orders within the US — so they arrive as a normal domestic delivery with no customs charges to pay.
Occasionally an item is produced elsewhere, for example when a particular size or colour is only available from another facility. Your tracking will show where it shipped from, and any import charges in that case are set by your own country's customs authority rather than by us.
