Width is measured flat, 1″ below the armhole; garment chest is simply double that, so allow a couple of inches of room over your own chest measurement. Length runs from the centre back neck seam to the hem. Based on the Gildan 5000 blank; the Lionheart England tee uses a lighter Gildan 64000 and runs slightly slimmer. Not every design is offered in every size — the size selector shows what is available.

Will this tee fit true to size?
Yes — it's a true-to-size unisex fit. The quickest check is to lay a tee you already like flat, measure across the chest 1″ below the armhole, and match that to the Width column in the size guide above. Size up if you're between sizes or prefer a relaxed drape.
How is it printed and will it crack?
The artwork is printed DTG — direct into the fabric rather than as a layer on top — so it does not crack or peel like a vinyl transfer. Wash inside-out and cold and it stays sharp for years.
When will my order arrive?
Tees are printed to order and typically dispatched within 2–5 business days. UK delivery usually lands within 3–7 business days, with worldwide tracked shipping available at checkout.
Can I return it if the size is wrong?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, including for the wrong size or a change of mind, as long as the tee is unworn and unwashed. Return postage is paid by you unless it arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect — in which case we cover it and send a free replacement or full refund. Email support@norvaneapparel.com to start a return.
Where is it made, and will I pay customs charges?
Most orders are printed and shipped inside your own region — UK orders in the UK, EU orders within the EU, US orders within the US — so they arrive as a normal domestic delivery with no customs charges to pay.
Occasionally an item is produced elsewhere, for example when a particular size or colour is only available from another facility. Your tracking will show where it shipped from, and any import charges in that case are set by your own country's customs authority rather than by us.
