Questions & Answers
Everything you need before you buy.
What sizes do you offer?
Most of our apparel runs from S to 5XL depending on the style. Every product page includes a full size guide with flat garment measurements. We recommend ordering true to size, or one size up if you prefer a relaxed fit.
How long does shipping take?
Our pieces are made to order and typically dispatched within 2–5 business days. UK delivery usually arrives within 3–7 business days, with worldwide shipping available at checkout. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
What are your products made from?
Our tees and hoodies use premium, heavyweight combed cotton and soft cotton blends chosen for comfort and durability. Canvas prints are matte, fade-resistant and ready to hang straight out of the box.
How should I care for my items?
Wash inside-out, cold, on a gentle cycle and hang or tumble dry on low. Avoid ironing directly over the print to keep your design looking sharp for years.
What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for any reason, including change of mind or the wrong size, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Return postage is paid by you unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect — in which case we cover it and send a free replacement or full refund. Email support@norvaneapparel.com to start a return, and we'll confirm where to send it.
Are the designs original to Norvane?
Yes. Every Norvane design is created in-house around themes of faith, philosophy and British heritage — made to mean something, not just fill a shelf.
Where are your products made, and will I pay customs charges?
We print through a network of production partners in the UK, Europe and North America, and orders are routed to the facility closest to you. In practice that means UK orders are usually printed in the UK, EU orders within the EU, and US orders within the US — arriving as a normal domestic delivery with no customs charges to pay.
Occasionally an item is produced elsewhere, for example when a particular size or colour is only available from another facility. Your tracking will show where it shipped from, and any import charges in that case are set by your own country's customs authority rather than by us.
